Orlando Chinese Association Membership Terms & Conditions * Membership is valid for one (1) year from the effective date. * Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered person/ family. * Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. * Members may be required to present their proof of membership to receive member benefits. * Membership benefits, discounts, programs, and events are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at any time without prior notice. * The Association reserves the right to suspend or revoke any membership for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of Association policies. * The Association reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. * The Orlando Chinese Association reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions and all membership benefits. 奥兰多华人协会会员条款与细则 * 会员资格自生效日起有效期为 一年。 * 会员资格仅限注册个人或家庭使用，不得转让、转借或与他人共用。 * 已缴纳之会员费一经支付，概不退还，亦不得转让。 * 会员于享有会员福利、折扣或参加指定活动时，可能需出示效会员证明以供核实。 * 协会保留随时调整、修改、增加、暂停或终止会员福利、优惠、活动及相关内容之权利，恕不另行通知。 * 如会员有滥用会员资格、提供不实资料、从事欺诈行为或违反协会规章之情形，协会有权暂停或取消其会员资格。 * 协会保留随时修订本会员条款与细则之权利，恕不另行通知。 * 本会员条款与细则及所有会员福利之最终解释权归奥兰多华人协会所有。 * 会员费将用于支持协会之宗旨、日常运作及社区公益活动。会员资格并不保证可参加所有协会活动；如活动名额有限、需另行报名或另行收费，会员仍须依活动公告办理
