【征稿说明 / Submission Guidelines】

- 来稿文体不限，新闻报道、人物专访、散文随笔、评论文章、旅游与美食分享等均可。
- 字数建议：800–2000 字（图文并茂更佳）。
- 来稿请务必保证原创，尊重知识产权。
- 本刊对稿件有编辑、修改的权利，择优录取。
- 因为本刊为公益性、免费发行刊物，发表稿件不支付稿酬，但将赠阅样刊并署名。

- Submissions of all genres are welcome, including news reports, feature interviews, essays, reviews, travel, and food sharing.
- Suggested length: 800–2000 words (illustrations/photos encouraged).
- All submissions must be original and respect intellectual property rights.
- The editorial board reserves the right to edit and select manuscripts.
- As a nonprofit and free publication, we do not offer remuneration, but contributors will be credited and receive a complimentary copy.
