毕业于北京师范大学艺术与传媒学院舞蹈教育与编导专业，5岁起习舞，11岁考入陈爱莲舞蹈学校，师从“中国古典舞之母”陈爱莲，曾任舞剧《红楼梦》复排总剧务。拥有25年以上教学经验，培养学生多次荣获“桃李杯”“荷花杯”等金奖。长期与央视及各大晚会合作，并为吴京、范冰冰、谭维维等一线艺人授课。2019年创立夏威夷东方艺术团，致力推动中美文化交流。

Graduate of Beijing Normal University, trained under Chen Ailian, the “Mother of Chinese Classical Dance,” and stage manager for the revival of Dream of the Red Chamber. With 25+ years of teaching, students have won top prizes at the Peach & Plum Cup and Lotus Cup. Worked with CCTV and major galas, taught artists such as Wu Jing, Fan Bingbing, and Tan Weiwei, and founded the Oriental Arts Troupe in Hawaii in 2019.
